The annual Brain Tumor Vigil was held in Washington, DC on Sunday May 3, after the Race for Hope.
Rain prevented the vigil from being held in its usual spot by the Senate Garage Fountain, so it was moved to B. Smith’s restaurant inside Union Station.
At the vigil the names of our brain tumor warriors and angels were read. Costco donated flowers, which were laid on the scroll of names.
Heide Randall, mother of angel Jessica, organized a team in the Race for Hope. Click here to view Heide’s Race for Hope photos.
