On March 31st, the FDA’s Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee (ODAC) will be meeting to consider FDA approval of Avastin (bevacizumab) as a single-agent treatment for the treatment of previously treated glioblastoma multiforme (GBM).
Al Musella will be attending the meeting to argue for FDA approval of Avastin and is asking for permission to speak on behalf of patients. He is also soliciting your comments and personal experiences with Avastin to assist with his presentation at the meeting.
FDA approval paves the way for insurance coverage of the treatment. If you support the approval of Avastin for treatment of gbm, please visit http://virtualtrials.com/fda to grant permission for Al Musella to represent you at the meeting and to submit your experiences with Avastin for possible inclusion in his presentation.
