Jason is not a murderer and with 80% of his sentence finished and with good behavior (to the best of my knowledge) the governor should pardon this father so he can go home to hold his daughters hand and help her comfortably pass to the other side. What goes around - comes around! I rest my case for all those in this loop that failed the test for "common sense!"
